It's time for shopping! And there are few better or more interesting places to do so than the Market of Art and Antiquity Am Hof (Kunst-und Antikmarkt Am Hof). For more than 20 years this unique and pleasant market has been dazzling customers with high-quality items of an enormous variety.
The market occurs annually from March to November in the square across from the Am Hof Church of Vienna. It is open every Friday and Saturday from 10AM to 6PM.
There is an endless array of antiques you can find. There are works of art from paintings and porcelain to ancient furniture of a wide array of styles. It's as much a mini art gallery as a market! It's easy to get lost in the treasures you can find, from books and ancient coins, to antique picture frames and porcelain and wooden containers and toys. You never know what amazing things you'll find!
