Sometimes the best way to truly experience a city is by hitting the ground running, or biking! Bicycling around Vienna allows you to see the city up close and personal. You can choose a guided tour that takes you around the Danube river on a designated bicycle trail. Perhaps you would like to take the “Ring-Rund-Radweg,” or the “Ring- Round- Bike Path” that borders Vienna’s old city.

Looking for an even more in depth view into the beauty that is Vienna’s landscape? Well, you can hike and bike your way through the city. Some folks enjoy traipsing along on their own, creating a path for themselves by exploring things off the beaten path.
Others prefer tried and true routes like those offered by the Sophienalpe, Hermannskogel, and Kahlenberg hills and mountains.
