Yellow Fog Vienna

An Unforgettable Visual Effect

An experience you are unlikely to forget! Olafur Eliasson, one of the most renowned contemporary artists, first displayed his incredible work Yellow Fog in New York in 1998. Now it is on permanent display exclusively in Vienna, at the facade of the Verbund-Gebäudes at the historic Am Hof square.

The spectacular display can be seen for one hour everyday at sundown. Along the front of the building, there are fluorescent lamps below the ground. The lights immerse the sundown fog in yellow light, creating a magical haze that spreads along the sidewalk and the square for an unforgettable visual effect.
