If you want to see a work of beauty, come visit the gorgeous baroque Palais Auersperg, one of the most important Baroque palaces in Vienna. The exceptional plans used to create the palace were those of the famous baroque architects Johann B. Fischer von Erlach and Lukas von Hildebrandt.
The fascinating structure was built between 1706 and 1710. The building is large, impressive, and ornate. It is an immensely popular and unique setting for a wide array of different types of meetings. The inside of the Palais was altered after WWII to accommodate the palace's new restaurant and hotel.

Since 1710, the Palais Auersperg has been one of the main hubs of European music, politics and history. The Palais Auersperg is very conveniently located in Vienna´s government district, quite close to other attractions, such as the Parliament, Rathaus, Burgtheater, Hofburg, Kunsthistorisches, Natural History Museum, Museum Quarter, National Theatre and the Palace of Justice.
